1. Start your vehicle and warm up the engine. Park the vehicle on a level surface and turn the engine off. Wait 2 or 3 minutes to allow the oil to drain to the bottom of the oil pan.(khởi động xe và làm nóng động cơ. Dừng xe ở vị trí bằng phẳng, tắt động cơ. Chờ 2 đến 3 phút để cho dầu chảy xuống cacte)

2. Open the hood and locate the oil dipstick handle. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for the exact location.( mở mui xe và xác định tay cầm que thăm dầu. Tham khảo sách hướng dẫn sử dụng của xe để xác định vị trí chính xác)

3. Pull the oil dipstick out of the tube and wipe off the engine oil with a clean shop rag.(Tháo que thăm dầu ra và lau sạch dầu bằng giẻ lau sạch)

4. Reinsert the dipstick into the dipstick tube all the way.( gắn que thăm dầu lại cho đến hết)

5. Pull the oil dipstick out and check the oil level. The oil level should be between the Min and Max marks on the dipstick.( tháo que thăm dầu và kiểm tra mức dầu. Mức dầu ở giữ Min và Max của que thăm)

6. Add oil if below the Min mark. It takes one quart to raise the oil level from Min to Max.( thêm dầu nếu dưới mức Min. Phải đổ 1 qt (lít dầu Anh) dầu mới đầy từ mức Min lên mức Max)
